COVID-19 Reporting & Protocol
LSU students, faculty, and staff are still required to report positive cases of COVID-19. The new reporting tool has been added to your MyLSU homepage and can be accessed under the Campus Community menu. LSU students, faculty, and staff must continue to follow the most updated CDC isolation and quarantine guidelines.
About LSU Emergency Operations Center
The LSU Emergency Operations Center (EOC) is the physical location where operations are coordinated during an emergency. The EOC is staffed with personnel from departments on campus that are deemed essential to campus emergency operations.
The EOC may be activated for any situation requiring the coordination of multiple departments and auxiliaries.
The EOC is responsible for providing information and directives to the campus community during an emergency. The EOC makes recommendations to the President based on life safety, preservation of LSU property, and the continuity of business. All directives coming from the EOC are supported by the President.
