Baton Rouge is currently under a flash flood watch, so please use caution while driving to campus. LSU is open but if anyone has an issue getting to campus due to high water, please contact your professor if you are a student and your supervisor if you are an employee. LSU to Cancel On-Campus Night Classes/Activities on Wednesday, March 17; Online Courses Will Continue Without Interruption
LSU is canceling all on-campus classes and activities scheduled for 4:30 p.m. or later, today, March 17, due to the forecast of severe weather for this evening. Any in-person classes that are still in progress at 4:30 p.m. today should be ended at that time, including classes at the Law Center and the Vet School. Online courses will continue without interruption this evening for all students, and the Veterinary Hospital will remain open for emergency cases. LSU will reopen as normal on Thursday, March 18.
