I do this work because I believe in the power of physical activity to propel people to be the best version of themselves for themselves each and every day. When we do that, we are better prepared to help others.

I witness every day the healing power of movement and physical activity and how it benefits all facets of our lives. Knowing that "what I do" provides this opportunity for students is a powerful motivator.

Life's a beach

I love the beach and boating. All the sunshine and salty air feeds my soul. 

Causes I'm passionate about

I am passionate about PLAY. The impact that play has in shaping us as human beings and how it forms so much of how we learn and interact in the world. We often forget to play as adults, so I want UREC to be a place that keeps the foundation of play alive and ingrained in our students lives now and across their lifetime. 

If I could invent a holiday

I believe every day should feel like a holiday!
