Academic and Registration Dates Change - Winter Weather

We hope that you are safe and warm. The closure of the physical campus today and tomorrow has necessitated some changes to the academic and registration calendars. Please see below for updated information.

Thursday, January 23

This marks the final date to receive a 90% refund of University fees.

Friday, January 24

This marks the final date to drop without a grade of “W”; deadline is 4:30 p.m.

Monday, January 27

This marks the deadline to add classes; deadline is 4:30 p.m.

Please note that these dates may change if the physical campus remains closed beyond Wednesday. Continue to reference the registration calendar for additional updates.

The changes listed in this message do not apply to the Paul M. Hebert Law Center or the School of Veterinary Medicine, which operate on separate academic calendars. The Law Center and the Vet School will contact their students directly about any changes to their calendars. These changes also do not apply to LSU Online Programs.
