Veterans Emergency Support Fund

The LSU Veterans Emergency Support Fund benefits students in need of support in emergency situations. This fund has assisted students who have lost everything after storms, hurricanes, fires, and other disasters.

** If you currently receive financial aid, please be aware that receiving funds from the Veterans Emergency Support Fund could impact your current aid package. It is your responsibility to communicate with Financial Aid & Scholarships regarding the potential impact. **
** Cash awards to international students are automatically taxed at 14-30% depending on their visa type. Please check with the LSU Office of International Services at for guidance. **
