Ph.D. Candidate Jiyoung Lee Selected for NIJ's Research Track at IACA’s Annual Training Conference

Ph.D. candidate Jiyoung Lee has been honored with an invitation to participate in the esteemed Research Track of the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) at the International Association of Crime Analysts (IACA) annual training conference. This conference, which took place from August 28 to September 1 in Grapevine, Texas, provided a student panel session for Jiyoung Lee to present her research contributions. Jiyoung Lee presented her "Crime Analysis Using Google Street Map Images" research, a study that introduces crime analysis through geospatial technology and machine learning. It was a great chance to share the spatial dynamics of criminal activity.
