Martin J. Pasqualetti to Receive UCR Distinguished Alumnus Award
Martin J. Pasqualetti earned a bachelor's degree from UC Berkeley in 1967, a master's from Louisiana State University in 1969, and a doctorate from UCR in 1977, all in geography. He currently serves as a professor in Arizona State University's School of Geographical Sciences and Urban Planning. He will receive the prestigious Distinguished Alumnus Award on October 20, 2018 at the Chancellor’s Dinner at the University of California Riverside.
Dr. Pasqualetti attributes the honor in large part to his studies in geography at LSU with the guidance of Bob West, Bob Muller, Miles Richardson, Jesse Walker, Don Vermeer, and Fred Kniffen. More information can be found on the University of California, Riverside website.
