Many of my successful projects are the result of collective effort. For instance, during Business Recruiting Week, the entire team collaborates to ensure everything runs smoothly:

• Scheduling Coordination: Aligning schedules with employers to maximize participation.
• Logistics: Reserving rooms and managing event spaces.
• Hospitality: Ordering food and coordinating with business managers for seamless service.

Similarly, for Careers on the Geaux, teamwork is crucial:

• Employer Engagement: Coordinating schedules with employers and arranging transportation.
• Collaboration: Working with the EDR team to identify target employers.
• Student Outreach: Partnering with the communications team to market the event.
• Compliance: Ensuring policies and liabilities are managed with the Operations team.

 

Why is teamwork important?

• On-Campus Jobs: Working in university offices or departments.
• Student Organizations: Participating in clubs and societies.
• Volunteer Work: Engaging in community service activities.
