Reserved Space Request Form

Reserved space requests may be made for your guests and VIPs in advance by completing this form. Reserved spaces cannot be guaranteed without a minimum of a 1 business day notice. All Weekend Requests are subject to possible Space Charges dependent upon need and availability to be determined by the PTS Director's Office. If your request spans multiple days or includes multiple people, please fill out ONE form if the location and times are the same.

Reserved Space Charge Rates: 

  • Attendant is required for requests in student lots exceeding 10 or more spaces.
  • Attendant charge is $34.00 per hour.
  • 4-hour minimum required for attendant on the weekend.
  • $25 per space for any last-minute requests made within the 24-hour period prior to the event.
  • Cancellations made within the 24-hour period prior to the event a 50% (of the total cost of the reservation) fee will be applied.
  • All Weekend Requests are subject to possible Space Charges dependent upon need and availability to be determined by the PTS Director.

  • Booth B (S. Stadium Dr./Highland Rd.)
  • Booth C (S. Stadium Dr./Nicholson Dr.)
  • Booth D (N. Stadium Dr./Mike’s Habitat)
