Go Native!
This year’s Spring Fling celebrates Hilltop’s commitment to Go Native! while adhering to our commitment to masterfully collect people and plants and bring them together in the unique, natural space that is the LSU Hilltop Arboretum. We will offer an expanded selection of native plants and feature over 300 species of native and traditional trees, shrubs, perennials, vines, ferns, camellias, and grasses, all sourced from trusted nurseries in Texas and Louisiana. A plant availability list will be published on our website the week of the sale.
As always, we will have plant experts on hand to help with plant selections; however, you are responsible for managing your purchases and getting them to your car. Please bring your own wagon and helper. Hilltop will have a limited number of wagon and helpers available to rent for $5. There will be no plant holding areas.
Return of Favorites
In addition to the plant sale, we invite you to visit the Vendor’s Village, Hilltop Gift Shop, Children's Tent, and Yarden Sale while you’re here! We hope there is something at Spring Fling for everyone. All Hilltop Gift Shop and Yarden items are tax-free during the sale. Members at the Redbud level ($75) and above will receive a 10% discount on Gift Shop items. Please refer to the Shopping Guidelines and Map for locations.
