2026 Spring Fling Plant Sale
Saturday, April 11th from 9am-2pm
Sunday April 12th from 10am-2pm
Vendors are cordially invited to help us officially fling ourselves into spring! The
time has arrived for the annual Hodge Podge Spring Fling Plant Sale. We are excited about celebrating the advent of spring at Hilltop and would welcome
having you celebrate with us.
Spring Fling Vendor Details:
- The plant sale is set, rain or shine.
- Vendors will be located under the outdoor pavilion or in the courtyard. You will receive your location assignment, set by Hilltop, the week of the sale. Spaces are limited, reserve your spot early!
- Vendors are assigned a 10' x 10' space, with one additional space available upon request.
- We supply one table and two chairs for each space. We do not supply tents for those assigned to the courtyard.
- Prices and Set Up
- For 2 days (Saturday-Sunday) - 1 booth-$100, 2 booths-$150, information only booth-$50
- Set up Friday 8:00am-4:30pm or Saturday before 8:00
- Deadline for registering is Wednesday, April 1, 2026. No refunds for vendor cancellations will be given after April 1, 2026.
- Vendors are responsible for collecting the money for the sale of their merchandise and for licenses, fees, and collecting and paying taxes for which they are normally liable.
- Bring your own lunch, snacks, and drinks.
- Hilltop will not be offering a holding area, cart runners or car loaders. Shoppers are 100% responsible for their purchases and getting items to their vehicles.
- Breakdown of booths will be immediately following the end of the sale on Sunday.
- Hilltop is a smoke free facility, inside and out.
- Vendors will have access to one parking space per booth in the Hilltop parking lot.
