Academic Common Market

Academic Common Market (ACM) is a tuition-saving program for college students in the 16 Southern Regional Education Board member states who want to pursue degrees that are not offered by their in-state institutions. Students can enroll in out-of-state institutions that offer their degree program and pay that institution's in-state tuition rate.

ACM enrollment waives your out-of-state tuition costs and grants you the Louisiana resident tuition rate. Because you are exempt from the non-resident tuition rate, your nonresident scholarship awards will be updated to reflect the in-state award amount.

Nonresident scholarships cannot be combined with Academic Common Market.
