Registration Guidelines

The conference registration website has two registration options: Full Registration and Student Registration. Please note that all papers must have at least one unique author registered with the Full Registration option to be considered for presentation at the conference and publication in the conference proceedings. 

  • Any paper that does not have a unique registration associated with it will not be included in the proceedings. 
  • Early bird registration is April 7, 2025. After that, all the rates will change to standard rate. The cut-off date for registration is April 28, 2025. 
  • For authors planning to register four or more full papers (using Full Registration), there will be a special discount code allowing you to register four papers for the price of three. Please contact the conference organizers (i3ce2025@lsu.edu) to inquire about this registration discount code. 
  • No refund will be accepted after April 7, 2025.

Full Registration (Early Bird $1,100 | Standard Rate $1,300) 

Each full registration includes the following events and amenities: 

  • Welcome reception with two (2) beverage tickets per registrant 
  • One accepted paper presentation in the conference and publication in the proceedings 
  • Light breakfast, coffee and snack breaks, lunch 
  • Access to conference proceedings 
  • Access to conference sessions and workshops
  • Steamboat Banquet Dinner with two (2) beverage tickets per registrant 

Student Registration (Early Bird $650 | Standard Rate $800) 

Each student registration includes the following events and amenities: 

  • Welcome reception with two (2) beverage tickets per registrant 
  • Light breakfast, coffee and snack breaks, lunch
  • Access to conference proceedings 
  • Access to conference sessions and workshops 

Please note that the student registration does not include publication of paper in the conference proceedings and does NOT include banquet dinner.

Steamboat Banquet Dinner

The banquet dinner is scheduled for Tuesday, May 13, 2025, from 6 PM to 8 PM. It includes: 

  • Access to steamboat
  • Reception with two (2) beverage tickets per registrant
  • Southern Dinner buffet served at the boat 
  • Live Jazz music while floating on the Mississippi River 

Please note that the steamboat banquet dinner Is included only in the full registration. Banquet dinner tickets (for student registration) or extra guest ticket (for full registration) can be bought separately during the registration (for an extra $110).
