Poster Session

The poster session at i3CE 2025 offers an engaging platform for sharing cutting-edge ideas in a visual, concise, and interactive format. Poster session will be held during the conference reception on Sunday May 11, 2025 from 5 PM to 8 PM.

Poster Guidelines

Template: All presenters must use the official i3CE Poster Template (PPTX).

Size: Posters must be formatted to fit a 4 ft. wide by 3 ft. tall display board.

Readability: Minimum font size of 20 pt. Use large, clear visuals and legible text readable from 3 feet away.

Registration: All poster presenters must register by the speaker registration deadline.

Placement: Poster boards will be pre-labeled by technical track. Please ensure your poster is placed on the correct board.

Contact Info: Include your name and email (or business card) on the poster for follow-up discussions.

Poster Evaluation

Posters will be evaluated based on four categories of Visual Presentation, Content & Logic, Oral Presentation, and Impact & Innovation. The best poster will be selected based on these criteria and recognized during the award ceremony.
