Who should apply?
- Students currently enrolled in or who will be enrolled in a local area high school
- Students who are motivated and committed to going to college
- Students whose parents have not graduated from a 4-year college or university and/ or students whose family’s taxable income (Taxable Income is on IRS Form 1040 – line 43; Form 1040A – line 27, or Form 1040EZ – line 6) is no more than:
