French Quiche Lorraine


  • 1 Puff pastry
  • 3 eggs
  • 25 cl of sour cream
  • 25 cl of milk
  • Grated cheese
  • Bacon strip (lardons)


  • Pre- heat the oven
  • Combine the eggs cream and milk
  • Bake the bacon strip
  • Layer the puff pastry
  • Layer the cooked bacon strip on the puff pastry
  • Layer the eggs/cream and milk on top of the lardons
  • Put the cheese on top of it
  • Put in oven for 20/30 min
  • Eat with a salad
