Reserve Our Event Center
The Global Community Center (GCC) is available to renters in both the LSU community and the broader Baton Rouge area. Situated on campus, close to the University Lakes, the center can be rented at any time of year except for official university holidays and closures. Our facilities offer a variety of spaces and amenities, allowing you to customize your rental package to meet your needs, whether you're hosting a business meeting, campus event, or private party.
Our Spaces
Please see the tabs below for details on each of the spaces available and their rental prices. As part of their programming support fee, LSU international students receive a rental discount, listed below. We hope to welcome you to GCC soon!
Hall of Cultures
The Hall of Cultures is our main hall, featuring over 100 flags from the home countries of many of our international students. This space is great for large events, with a capacity of 130 people.

Heagler Room
The Heagler Room is located next to the kitchen and has access to a large lawn space outside. Capacity is 50 people. Please note that the kitchen must be rented separately. (See next tab.)

Kitchen
The kitchen is located next to the Heagler Room and comes equipped with a stovetop, oven, fridge, freezer, warmer, sink, coffee maker, microwave, and pots and pans. Please note that the kitchen rental price does not include event space or seating areas; event space must be rented separately.

The conference room is perfect for small group meetings. It has a capacity of 10 people.
