Traveling to LSU

sample Passport

Once you have received your welcome packet and applied for your visa, you should make your travel plans and send an email either to Marissa Baham or Jill Clemmons that details your travel information so that you may be picked up. Students are encouraged to fly into the Baton Rouge Airport. The International Cultural Center (ICC) Arrival Services Committee will pick up students arriving at the Baton Rouge Airport or Baton Rouge Greyhound Station at no charge. You may also choose to fly into the New Orleans airport which is about an hour away. If you decide to fly into New Orleans, you will have to take the Greyhound Bus to Baton Rouge.

In case of an emergency or last minute changes to your travel plans, please contact either Academic Programs Abroad at 225-578-6801 or the International Cultural Center at 225-342-3084, or email at icc@lsu.edu.
