Dept Sponsors Alumni Party

After a long hiatus due to COVID, the Craft & Hawkins Dept of Petroleum Engineering brought back the much-loved Pre-Tailgate Soiree. Celebrated on Friday, October 21 from 5:00-7:30 pm, after the Industry Advisory Committee meeting, alumni party welcomed alumni guests ranging from 1976 to 2016. Also, we entertained alumni with PhDs and Bachelor's degrees from the department. Faculty, spouses of faculty, staff, staff members' kids, and alumni alike gathered to enjoy jambalaya and drinks on the Northwest Terrace overlooking Tiger Stadium, while discussion of victory filled the air. 

In the near future, the department hopes to host more alumni events and again offer a tailgate party in fall 2023.
