Dr. Babak Akbari wins department Faculty Excellence Teaching Award

Congratulations to Dr. Babk Akbari for winning the Craft & Hawkins Department of Petroleum Engineering Faculty Excellence Teaching Award.  This is an award donated by the Boothby family to recognize excellent teaching by our full-time faculty.  The Boothby's requested the Seniors vote on the faculty member they thought was most deserving of the award and the winner was announced at the Crawfish Boil in front of the faculty, Industry Advisory Committee and our students.  This year, Ken Boothby (right) represented the family and announced the award.
