Kiran Chawla

Chawla is the lead investigative reporter at WAFB. She’s won numerous awards for her investigations including the Murrow, Emmy, LAB and AP awards. During her career, she has covered man events from the front line in Louisiana from hurricanes Katrina and Rita, the BP oil spill, to last summer’s protests, ambush of several police officers, and the record flood of August.
