Need Prioritization Advisory Working Group

Implementation Taskforce for Increase of Graduate Stipends and Improvements to Health Benefits
This taskforce was formed on October 6, 2022 by Executive Vice President & Provost Roy Haggerty to evaluate the proposal from the GAM and create an implementation plan to increase graduate stipends and improve health benefits for graduate assistants.

Graduate Assistantship Management Committee (GAM)
The Graduate Assistantship Management Committee was formed in the fall of 2021. Their charge was to assess institutional data and outline a new fiscal management system for the allocation of graduate assistants supported on unrestricted funds. The GAM Committee met throughout the 2021-2022 academic year and submitted an outline of recommendations in March 2022.
