Mentee Application
The goal of New Employee Preparation Program is to assist new hires within the first two years of employment at Louisiana State University. The program is designed to assist the mentee with becoming oriented within their new position, the LSU campus, and understanding LSU culture by offering support and guidance. During the first year of implementation, the pilot program will enroll several small groups of mentees with corresponding mentors into this mentorship level.
Mentees are encouraged to take advantage of all learning opportunities and broaden their knowledge base by asking questions. Through the interactions with their mentor, a mentee has the opportunity to grow professionally and better define their career path at LSU.
