About
The UECM team is here to provide transformative enterprise technology solutions that reduce the time needed to deploy new systems and applications allowing TSPs to better service the areas they are responsible for. In conjunction with the ITS Mission, UECM will deliver enterprise grade technology services, including operating system deployment, software delivery, and desktop operational support that will empower and enable the research, teaching, and administrative functions of the University.
UECM will use operational excellence and industry best practices to supply a world class service team that will provide supporting services to the LSU A&M campus. Mission success is possible by deliberately operating under the principles and framework of IT Governance, and actively collaborating with IT personnel and leadership across all LSU A&M campus colleges and departments (TSPs).
As Part of the UECM team we also offer Desktop Support to any college or department as needed. We will work with the Department’s Technology Service Professional (TSP) to ensure business continuity. If your department does not have a TSP please give us a call, we are here to help.
