PSYCHOLOGY CLUB AND PSI CHI > MEMBERSHIP IN PSYCHOLOGY CLUB
Membership Requirements:
- Open to all full-time undergraduate students majoring or minoring in psychology.
- There is no official GPA requirement, although the psychology department requires a minimum GPA of 2.50 to declare the major.
Membership Dues :
- Psychology Club requires all members to pay membership dues of $5 per semester
- Requirements for being an ACTIVE member :
- Paying membership due ($10 for year)
- All members must earn up to 5 points per SEMESTER.Below are ways to acquire the points:
a. Meeting attendance = 1 point
b. Volunteer event/donation = 1 to 3 points depending on event
c. Buying a t-shirt or sweat shirt = 1 point
Psi Chi is the international honor society in Psychology. Membership in Psi Chi is in addition to the membership in Psychology Club. Induction will be in the spring semester every year. See the Psi Chi website for more information
