LSU President’s Day, ROTC Change of Command and Joint ROTC Awards Ceremony Set for April 8

BATON ROUGE - The annual President’s Day and Change of Command Ceremony for the LSU Corps of Cadets is scheduled for 3 p.m., Thursday, April 8, at the LSU War Memorial on the Parade Ground.

The Corps of Cadets includes the Army and Air Force ROTC units at LSU and the Navy ROTC unit at Southern University. The Joint ROTC Awards Ceremony for cadets and midshipmen will follow immediately after the Change of Command. All events will take place at the LSU War Memorial.

The programs are sponsored by LSU and Cadets of the Ole War Skule. 

To adhere to COVID protocols, please notify Cadets of the Ole War Skule via email at cadets@lsu.edu if you wish to attend. Parents, university officials and local leaders have been invited to attend, and members of the public are welcome. Public seating will be available, and limited parking is available.
