GPS utilizes various technologies in the process of marketing clients. GPS generates and advertises a business profile / blind profile to describe the business and general area of operation. Since most business owners do not want all to know that the business is for sale, the business owner has full control of the listing display. The profile is advertised on several separate websites frequented by prospective buyers and private equity firms. Prospective Buyers are screened by GPS and are required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement (i.e. NDA Agreement) prior to the disclosure of any business or financial information. GPS guides its clients through the negotiations, due diligence, offer, and closing phases of the processes.
