Welcome to the Office of Multicultural Affairs!

The Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA) works closely with students, faculty, staff, and community members to create a more inclusive and welcoming environment at LSU.  Whether you are interested in campus-wide events, being involved in student organizations, or building interpersonal relationships, OMA has something for you.  We are located on the third floor of the LSU Student Union, room 335.  We encourage you to visit and use our study spaces, computer lab, and free printing!  If you have any questions about the services we provided, please visit us or give us a call. In the meantime, we hope to see you at one of our campus programs!

Apply to the Genesis Mentoring Program!

Welcome to LSU! New LSU students can apply for a mentor to help them transition to life as an LSU Tiger. All incoming first-year students who are eager to make their college transition a success are eligible. We strongly encourage students of color, LGBTQ+ students, students of a religious minority, international students, first-generation, and all other traditionally underrepresented students to apply.
