We work to understand the audiences who interact with LSU and its brand to better serve their content needs and interests. We strive to strategically position the university’s brand at local, national, and international levels to portray LSU's diverse worth throughout those communities.
Research and Insights
We provide digital insights to campus to help develop data-based strategic marketing and communications plans. Our tools include Brandwatch, Google Analytics, Google Trends, Google Search Console, and university and market data. We facilitate a number of institutional research projects, including a wide range of surveys and focus groups.
We work closely with the university's Office of Enrollment Management (EM) to develop strategic recruitment and yield communications to attract and retain students. If your unit is involved in a project regarding student recruitment or retention, contact our team to coordinate and align your messaging and materials with the EM communications funnel before development and distribution.
Purchasing Ad Space
We help units plan and place ads. When buying media, please review the university's advertising policy as outlined in PS-10. It applies to all types of sponsored content and traditional advertising including social media ads, out of home display ads, conference program ads, traditional print ads, and digital and sponsored content ads.
Please note that the university's policy also requires that we review all LSU advertising.
