Most people experience stress or anxiety at some point in their life. Plus, adjusting to college, moving to a new place, or starting a new graduate program can all be triggers for stress and anxiety. Emotional Wisdom Seminars

If you'd like to learn more about managing anxious or depressed moods, you can attend our Emotional Wisdom Seminars. All students are welcome, and no pre-registration is required. Subjects covered include breathing and relaxation techniques, mindfulness, sleep management, managing anxiey and depression, medications, and self-care. More information here.
