Family Weekend will include many exciting event offerings for your family to enjoy. View the tentative 2019 Family Weekend schedule below. We will continue to post more events to the site as information becomes available.

Family Weekend-sponsored events that require pre-registration and a Family Weekend nametag are highlighted in yellow below. 
Other campus activities available to Family Weekend registrants are also listed below (not highlighted in yellow)

During LSU Family Weekend, LSU UREC is offering $5 day passes to family members of UREC members. This day pass is good for the main UREC facility and for the new UREC @ Nicholson facility. Family member must be sponsored by a current LSU UREC member and have a government issued photo ID with them when they arrive. For any questions about LSU UREC Guest passes, please visit LSU UREC's website.

Family Weekend Check-In

Registered participants should check in to pick up their Family Weekend packet that includes a schedule of events, nametags, and other souvenirs.

Family Weekend Silent Auction
12:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Support the LSU Student Affairs Emergency Support Fund by participating in the Family Weekend Silent Auction. 100% of proceeds will go directly to LSU students who need financial assistance in emergency situations. Bidding will be open from 12:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Friday only.

Come visit us at our opening event for LSU Family Weekend! After you have checked in, enjoy some delicious BBQ and mingle with other LSU families. Dinner will be served in the Center Lobby on the second floor of the LSU Student Union. Seating will be available in the Tiger Lair and Royal Cotillion Ballroom. Dinner will be served continuously throughout the evening, so please arrive at your convenience.

Family Weekend Tailgate

Tailgating is an LSU Tradition! Join us for a pre-game buffet and tailgate festivities, featuring music from After 8 band, a photo booth, face painting, and more! Sign up for the corn hole tournament during the tailgate to win an awesome prize. Look for our white tents, Family Weekend flags, and balloons.
