Expectations

Administration

  • Facilitate Trip Team meetings, activities and service projects before, during, and after the trip
  • Maintain accurate records of organization activities
  • Engage in fundraising for trips and the organization as a whole
  • Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner

Recruitment and Selection

  • Oversee recruitment and selection of Team Members

Training and Development

  • Develop and implement training activities for Team Members
  • Provide support for Team Members throughout their experience on the team 

Internal and External Communication

  • Communicate with Campus Life Staff, Executive Board and Trip Team through meetings and digital platforms
  • Provide End-of-Trip Report

Commitment to Community

  • Maintain good academic and accountability standing with LSU
