LSU Math Circle Competition Team
The LSU Math Circle Competition Team (MCCT) is a group of 7th–12th grade students who get together for weekly practices and attend regional and national mathematics competitions. MCCT also hosts the AMC, AIME, and Purple Comet Math Meet. MCCT is a joint collaboration between the LSU Department of Mathematics and the LSU Gordon A. Cain Center for STEM Literacy.
Practices typically occur each week throughout the academic year on Sundays from 12:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Team organizers regularly inform all participants via email of the current schedule and meeting locations.
