Scholarships

Overview

Each September, E. J. Ourso College of Business students with a 3.0 or higher overall GPA will receive an email with a link to the scholarship application. Look for this message and pay close attention to the application deadline.

For scholarship consideration, students must be full-time and enrolled in the E. J. Ourso College. Full-time status must be maintained upon receiving the award. Some scholarships require financial need as determined by FAFSA.

When applying, students will be asked to share a range of information related to current activities and future plans. Answers are used to determine eligibility and should be as thorough as possible.

Award winners are selected by a faculty committee. Applicants are automatically considered for any scholarship for which they are eligible. Recipients are typically notified in February.

For more information on scholarships email the assistant dean for the Office of Business Student Success, Ashley R. Junek, or call 225-578-3211.
