Agriculture Student Association (ASA)

ASA's Mission:

Our mission is to represent the needs, foster the personal growth, and promote the professional development of students in the LSU College of Agriculture.

ASA serves as the governing body of all Ag student organizations and the voice of students in the LSU College of Agriculture. We conduct monthly meetings, hold traditional events, and invite alumni guest speakers each spring and fall semester to create an interactive and engaging environment for our students. The Agriculture Student Association helps Ag clubs with the need-based funding and promoting of their events, conferences, and competitions. ASA voices the concerns of their constituents to Student Government and LSU administrators. ASA annually gives out two highly coveted awards: Club of the Year and Advisor of the Year.
