The premiere on-campus visit opportunity for high school seniors. At Kickoff LSU, you'll learn about our top-ranked academic programs, interact with world-renowned professors, and tour our beautiful campus and state-of-the-art facilities.

Ag Fellows Program

The LSU College of Agriculture is excited to host promising minority leaders from across the state on campus for Ag Fellows! The Ag Fellows program is one of our premier initiatives to recognize and recruit Louisiana’s top minority scholars. It is our goal to educate the nation’s top minorities who will make a difference not only in the state of Louisiana but across the world by solving some of the global challenges we face today.

The Ag Fellows program will award three scholarships to students who attend the program.

Spring Judging Clinics

February 19, 2020

Join the LSU College of Agriculture for the FFA Spring Judging Clinics Event! This program will help prepare students for upcoming Career Development Events and also provide students with an opportunity to learn more about the College of Agriculture. This event is open to any FFA Chapter in Louisiana. 

Registration Opens: October 1, 2019
Registration Deadline: December 15, 2019

Cost: The cost to attend is $10 per student / teacher. This includes lunch and a t-shirt.

The LSU College of Agriculture is excited to partner with the LSU AgCenter to offer two unique recruiting events in Central & North Louisiana this fall! Ag on the Geaux is a series of events for college bound high school students interested in LSU. Join us to explore the many opportunities the LSU College of Agriculture has to offer. Sessions will include presentations on College of Agriculture majors, LSU admissions process, as well facility tours of our research stations!
