Urban Entomology

Study ways to control anthropod pests and understand how these pests interact with society in urban environments. Learn how to manage these pests as you address the behavior, physiology, ecology, and genetics of urban insects. Students in this major receive a broad education that prepares them for a variety of career paths.

Career Possibilities:entomologist, conservationist, consultant, crop scientist, field representative, forensic entomology, urban pest control, public health, and graduate or professional school.
