The Graduate Assistant for the LGBTQ Project & Safe Space Campaign is a full-time Master's or Doctoral student who has a demonstrated success with student development trends, challenges faced by LGBTQ students and programming/event planning. They work closely with faculty, students and staff to develop programs, activities and events of particular significance to the LGBTQ student experience. They also lead and supervise Safe Space Trainings across campus and the development of the Safe Space Campaign. They assist in advising Spectrum and the Student Equality Project and partner with the First Contact and Educational Panels Programs.  

Riley is a second year PhD student in Political Science at LSU. They received her B.A. in Political Science at Agnes Scott College in 2014.
